Ace Apple Cider
Low in calories. This exhilarating alternative to beer & wine is made at a specially designed micro cider mill just outside of Sebastopol. 100% pure local apple juice gives it an intense, natural flavor.

Anchor Steam Beer
San Francisco’s Anchor Steam Beer is virtually handmade from an all-malt mash in Anchor’s handcrafted copper brew house. Its rich flavor, deep amber color, and thick creamy head all testify to the century of brewing tradition that has make Anchor Steam America’s classic craft-brewed beer.

Foster's Lager
Polished dark golden coloured liquid, having a white foam of a mixed sized bubble. Higher end of lightness in body. Mouthfeel is creamy malt. Trace of hop bitterness sandwiched between layers of malt sweetness. A clean finish is not overly extended with malt clearly the centre of attention, with a touch of malt dryness, and maybe a kiss of hop dryness late.

Arrogant Bastard Ale
Really frothy, sticky and retains remarkably well. Medium-bodied, yet rich, full and complex. Smooth, especially as it warms. Big malty sweetness with caramel, chocolate and toasted/roasted flavors. Alcohol prickliness teases the pallette, then the brew kicks its ass with an assertive hop profile. It's raw, coarse, a bit prickly itself, mildly ind-like. Helps to balance the huge malt flavors.

Samuel Smith's Nut Brown Ale
The Brits like their beer warm, which may be why this delicious English ale has been such a wintertime favorite in Britainsince 1758. But that shouldn't stop those of us who like our beer chilled. Samuel Smith's Nut Brown Ale is full-bodied with a wonderful creamy taste. I can picture myself enjoying one after a long day, sitting by the fire on one of these cold winter evenings, or along with a big, juicy steak.
